This group is also known as the Redbridge Primary Care Trust NHS Fibromyalgia / CFS Support Group. The group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, 1.30pm-3.30pm - you can pop in any time - at the Diabetic Centre, Buntingbridge Road, Newbury Park, Ilford, Essex IG2 7LR. There are Speakers, Information, Support, Fun & Laughter and a Monthly Newsletter. Friends and Family welcome.
