Support FibroAction

There are probably between 1.2 and 2.7 million people in the UK with Fibromyalgia Syndrome (Fibro).
Together we can make a real difference to awareness of Fibro and how Fibro patients are treated.
You can help FibroAction work towards achieving its aims in a number of ways.
Make a donation
Awareness of Fibro in the UK is currently very low and FibroAction faces a mammoth task to improve this. Your generous contributions help FibroAction continue to achieve its aims of educating patients, healthcare professionals and the general public about Fibro, as well as supporting Fibro sufferers.
To make a donation by cheque, make the cheque payable in sterling to FibroAction. Our postal address is 46 The Nightingales, Newbury RG14 7UJ, UK.

Organise an Awareness Event or Activity
Everyone is capable of making a difference, however small, to Fibro awareness. Whether you think you could organise a coffee morning for local sufferers or a major fundraising and awareness event, or whether you could do a sponsored event, such as a walk or run, it all helps, and FibroAction will help you. Even if it's just at the ideas stage, FibroAction could offer advice and support, and more and more articles with advice on awareness events will be posted in the e-newsletter and on the website. If the answer to your questions can't be found on the website, please contact us
Help Educate the Medical Profession
Ask your GP, consultant, physiotherapist or any other healthcare professional if they are interested in learning more about Fibro. Point them to the FibroAction website. Tell them about any upcoming events in your area and encourage them to attend. If they have a good understanding of, and treat, Fibro, then ask them if you can put them forward for FibroAction's Healthcare Professionals List
