Tesco School Vouchers required by Portsmouth Rheumatology Department

The Department of Rheumatology - Portsmouth Hospitals, is once again collecting the Tesco School Vouchers.

Any Tesco School Vouchers can be sent to:

Rheumatology Department, Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham, P06 3LY

The equipment obtained with 2010 Tesco School Vouchers will be spilt between the Hydrotherapy Children's group and the Rheumatology Children's Clinic at the Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham. The Trust is eligible to collect as a recognised school.
